ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent will issue copies of the petition mentioned documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Of course, the writ petitioner will have to bear the expenses and cost of the same.

2.With this observation, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
