This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2021 and take further action. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
