ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.448 of 2015 dated 24.12.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, case was closed as ''mistake of fact'' on 21.01.2016 and referred charge sheet notice has been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take further action in the manner known to law.
