This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to seize the vehicle TN 58-AD 8469 Mahindra Bolero Jeep (White colour) involved in Crime No.273 of 2015, dated 17.02.2015 on the file of the Madurai P3, Anna Nagar (Crime) Police Station and producing the same before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai.
