The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 447, 354 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act, 2002, in Crime No.38 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.4174 of 2020 3.The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by me on 20.02.2020. There is no change in circumstance. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
