O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.44 of 2014 having been taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) and 120(b) of IPC by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been over and all the accused persons were acquitted on 18.06.2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
