ORDER

The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.36 of 2016 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 352, 323, 354, 427 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 and Section 3(2)(V)(A) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities)Amendment Act, 1989. 2.The petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Special Court on 13.03.2020 and apply for bail. The petitioner shall intimate the third respondent herein by registered post about his proposal to surrender and apply for bail. The petitioner will have to send notice by tomorrow itself.
