This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R.No.1 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent. Page no.1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already they have filed the final report after completion of the investigation through online and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R and as per the F.I.R, there are some allegations to constitute the offence and the first respondent police have also filed the final report after an elaborate investigation, therefore it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
