Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2015 and to transfer the petitioner's son namely Manikandan convicted prisoner CP No.3793 in Central Prison Madurai to Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and pass such further or other orders as this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2015 and to transfer the petitioner's son namely Manikandan convicted prisoner CP No.3793 in Central Prison Madurai to Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner is the mother of the life convict. A representation was made by the petitioner on 26.02.2015 to transfer her son Manikandan being the life convict CP No.3793 languishing in Central Prison, Madurai, to Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai for the purpose of taking treatment since he is suffering from HIV disease.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has got no serious objection for the same.

5. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondents to transfer the petitioner's son Manikandan, life convict C.P.NO.3793 from Central Prison, Madurai, to Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai for the purpose of giving him adequate treatment for HIV, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
