This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to alter the F.I.R, for including certain provisions of I.P.C and include the names of certain accused persons.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the police have completed the investigation and have filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.146 of 2017. 3.In view of the subsequent development, no further orders will be passed in this petition. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
