ORDER

The writ petitioner questions the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai. The petitioner's contention is that the impugned proceedings are running counter to the Judgement and Decree dated 30.09.2013 made in O.S.No.56 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivagangai. In this regard, the petitioner has given petition dated 21.12.2018 and that the second respondent appears to have taken up the matter for enquiry.

2.The second respondent shall conclude the proceedings within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner's rights are left open. The second respondent shall pass orders after hearing all the parties and by taking note of all the materials on record including the judgment and decree dated 30.09.2013 referred to above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
