ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No./KA.VA/ Aranthangi/2025 dated 17.02.2025 and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission for conducting agitation on 24.02.2025 or on 28.02.2025 or any other date on the Peravurani Road opposite to the Aranthangi Sandhaipettai(market) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the District Co-ordinator of Samuga Samathuva Kootamaipu. He planned to conduct agitation on 19.02.2025 at 3.00 pm., 2/6
to condemn the district administration for not fulfilling the demands of the people at the Peravurani Road, Opposite to Aranthangi Sandhaipetti(market) in Pudukottai District, but the respondent police rejected the representation of the petitioner through an order dated 17.02.2025. Therefore he has filed a present petition to quash the impugned order and to direct the petitioner herein to conduct agitation either on 24.02.2025 or 28.02.2025. He would further submit that the respondent have also granted permission to other parties to conduct meeting and agitation in the same place and also produced the copy of the notice seeking for protest on 22.01.2025 in the same place.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the proposed place selected for conducting agitation is a busy area and the petitioner want to conduct protest in that area which will cause hindrance to the public and law and order issue, thereby the request of the petitioner was rejected.
4. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2025 is only for a particular day on 19.02.2025 and the same was lapsed, this 3/6
Court need not set aside the order. However, considering the nature of prayer sought for in this petition and already the petitioner has submitted another representation dated 18.02.2025 and the same is under consideration by the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2025 positively by imposing appropriate conditions.
