ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, specifically condition No.7(iv) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2103 of 2025, dated 10.02.2025.

2. Mr.D.Rajaboopathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a coolie worker and he is taking care of his mother, who is 1/3

suffering from ill health. Hence, he is unable to comply with the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2103 of 2025, dated 10.02.2025. Therefore, he prays for the modification of condition No.7(iv) of the order passed in the said petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition and also considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition stated in Paragraph No.7(iv) of the order in the said petition. Accordingly, modified as hereunder: "The petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar, on all working days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders."
