This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned order passed by the respondent No.3 in Na.Ka. 05/Puthugai/2025 dated 03.02.2025 and Na.Ka.05/ Puthugai/2025 dated 11.02.2025 and consequently to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct demonstration on 22.02.2025 at 04.00 p.m at Thilagar Thidal, Pudukkottai District or any other earliest date in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the matter has been seized of by the Trial Court and some of the witnesses have also been examined. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Since the matter has been seized by the Trial Court and some of the witnesses have also been examined, no further order is required to be passed in this case. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed. Page No. 2 of 4
