For Respondent : Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 BNS This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1514 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Omalur Police Station, Salem District instead of the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Dindigul. 1/4

2. Mr.M.Suresh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that when the petitioner was appeared in order to comply the condition imposed on him and that time there was a life threat to him and hence, he seeks modification of the earlier order passed by this Court.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the nature of involved by this petitoner, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1514 of 2025, dated 29.01.2025.

5. Accordingly, condition No.8(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Thanjavur and report before the Taluk Police Station, Thanjavur daily at 10.00 am until further orders. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. The remaining conditions shall un-altered. 2/4

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
