2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has applied to the post of Panchayat Clerk at A.Vellodu Panchayat, Dindigul Union Office and subsequently attended the interview also. However, thereafter nothing moved on. In this connection, the petitioner also submitted a representation. Even thereafter no orders have been passed on the petitioner's representation. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking appropriate direction to the respondents. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents on merits and in accordance with law. 5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
