ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent will dispose of the petition mentioned representation seeking issuance of legal heir certificate within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other on merits and in accordance with law.
