ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment in O.S.No.171 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the judgment in O.S.No.171 of 2017 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court.
