The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue Patta to the petitioner's land, situated in Melamathur Village in S.No.164/3-B, New S.No.192/18 forthwith, by considering his representation dated 14.01.2020.

W.P.(MD)No.4586 of 2020 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Marimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent, Tahsildar, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai, has granted Patta, bearing No.229 of 2020, to the petitioner, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.998/18/C, dated 31.03.2020.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
