RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition imposed on him by an order of this Honourable Court dated 19.08.2016 made in Crl OP(MD) NO. 15275 of 2016 while releasing him on Bail in connection with Crime NO. 228 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Boothapandi Police station, Kanyakumari District and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. Considering the submissions of both sides to the effect that the petitioner is strictly complying with the condition imposed by this Court by the order dated 19.08.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.15275 of 2016, this Court is constrained to relax the same and accordingly, the condition is relaxed.
