Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GANESHKAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7729 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12875 of 2020, dated 04.01.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
