ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/ sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 465, 468, 477(A) and 381 of IPC in Crime No.19 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This is a third Anticipatory Bail application. It is alleged that the petitioner committed misappropriation to the tune of Rs.36,22,460/- and there is no change of circumstances in this case. 4.Taking note of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.
