Heard both sides.

2. The daughter of the fourth respondent wants to set up a petroleum retail outlet in the petition-mentioned site. She has applied for issuance of No Objection Certificate from the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar. The petitioner has some objections.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's objections while considering the application of the daughter of the fourth respondent. Whatever order passed by the second respondent, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately and without any delay thereafter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
