O R D E R

The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused for offences punishable under Section 304-A of IPC seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.150 of 2011 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the first respondent.

3. After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with for the present.

4. Hence, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyaulam is directed to dispose of C.C.No.150 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
