RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court by an order dt.23/12/2022 in Crl.MP(MD).No.16264/2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.19696/2022 directing the petitioner to report before the Velagoundam Patty Police Station, Namakkal District every Sunday at 5.30 p.m until further order.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SRINIVASAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16264 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19696 of 2022, dated 23.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.3378 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16264 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19696 of 2022, dated 23.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
