This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner's vehicles for transporting gravel and other related materials from Irukanthurai Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District to Nagercoil Railway Station yard for the Railway double Track Development Project for the period between 24.01.2026 to 23.04.2026, from 06.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and by considering petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has undertaken works in a railway project, for which gravel is required to be transported from a quarry located in Irukkanthurai Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The petitioner has already sent a representation to the respondents, in this regard on 27.01.2026. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 3/6
