MOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition to Ariyalur Police Station, Trichy District, instead of the condition imposed in CRL OP(MD) No.4372 of 2018, dated 20.03.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
