Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to permit them to conduct the petition mentioned event.

3.The petitioner's counsel states that there is no rival claim. The petitioner had submitted a representation on 17.02.2020 to the second respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.4603 of 2020 conditions as regards timing and other norms. The petitioner's counsel, on instructions, gives an undertaking that the conditions imposed by the second respondent will be adhered to.
