ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This Court, by order dated 28.10.2022, has disposed of the writ petition in WP.(MD)No.289 of 2022, by directing the authorities concerned to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021 with respect to removal of encroachment in Survey No.126/8, Panaiyur Village, Pillaiyarnatham Panchayath, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, made by the sixth respondent therein, after giving sufficient opportunity to all the parties concerned and by following due process of law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Aggrieved by the same, the sixth respondent is before this court with the present review application bearing SR.No.5155 of 2023 along with the petition in WMP.(MD)No.
3617 of 2023 to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the same. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner / seventh respondent herein submitted that the encroachments have already been removed by the authorities concerned and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the review application. 3.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the review applicant / sixth respondent in the writ petition.
4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders need be passed in the review application. Hence, the condone delay petition and the review application at SR stage, are closed. No costs.
