There is no error apparent on the face of record. In fact the order passed by this Court is in consonance with similar several such orders. This review application is dismissed.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioners appeared before this Court and on instructions submitted that the petitioners will not be prevented from offering their worship. It is further undertaken that the temple will be kept open on Maha Shivaratri day throughout. This undertaking is also recorded. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
