RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court by an order dated 12.01.2023 in Crl O.P(MD) No. 862 of 2023 directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUKUMAR.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN,Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.862 of 2022, dated 12.01.2023. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and it has been taken up for trial in C.C.No.280 of 2023.

report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil on 13.03.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
