O R D E R

The petitioner had submitted an application seeking permission from the respondent corporation for permission to reconstruct the residential building and had deposited a sum of Rs.3,41,848/- with the respondent corporation through net banking. However, the application was closed. The petitioner was directed to submit an application afresh and a demand was made to deposit Rs.3,44,024/- as fees for granting permission. The petitioner deposited the said amount. However, the respondent Corporation has not reimburse the earlier amount deposited by the petitioner. Hence, this petition.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation on instructions submitted that the excess amount, if any, deposited by the petitioner will be reimbursed to the petitioner subject to verification of documents.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 15.10.2022 and reimburse the excess 2/4

amount, if any, subject to verification of records.

4. The petitioner is also permitted to submit additional documents, if any, to the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. There shall be no orders as to costs.
