2. The petitioner undertakes to file an appeal before the District Collector within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an appeal is filed within the aforesaid period, the order impugned in the writ petition will be kept into abeyance till the disposal of the appeal. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
