This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to issue direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner' temple and temple property against the enemy Kannan of Thachanendhal Village, Virudhunagar District and his men, taking into account the petitioners' representations dated 26.02.2015 and 07.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. It appears that the dispute between two groups. The petitioner is the trustee of the temple. His grievance is that the other group unauthorisedly prevent the entry of the temple and locked the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the lock has been removed and the matter has been referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer for convening a peace committee meeting.

In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
