O R D E R
The prayer in this writ petition is for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure and demarcate the four boundaries for the property purchased by the petitioner in Survey No.95/5 of Aaviyur Village Kaariyapatti Taluk Virudhunagar District by planting the survey stones within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.M.Mari Chelliah Prabhu, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner, in order to measure the petitioner's land and to lay the survey stones, had given a representation on 01.04.2019. Despite the same, no action seems to have been taken by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation dated 01.04.2019 is directed to be considered on merits within a time frame, the petitioner would be satisfied.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer, a direction is given that the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2019 and take action thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
