ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent in accordance with law for her willful disobedience of the order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18743 of 2024, dated 29.10.2024. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 07.04.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the contemnor/respondent would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the respondent police has taken inventory of the articles found in that building and the respondent police/third respondent therein has filed an affidavit in this regard.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the property was sold to some other third party, they have not noticed any other articles.

4. In view of the affidavit filed respondent police, the Contempt Petition is closed.
