ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representation dated 13.02.2018 seeking for change of name to the service connection No.120-007-363 has been kept pending with the respondent and hence, has filed the present writ petition. 3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2018 on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give a copy of her representation dated 13.02.2018 to the respondent. It is open to the respondent to seek for the arrears of electricity dues, if any.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
