RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 696 of 2018 dated 17.01.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.REGU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioners have been implicated in Crime No.104 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act.
2.The said complaint was given by the wife of the first petitioner. On 17.01.2018, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. second petitioners and the counsel for both the parties appeared. But, the de-facto complainant did not appear and hence, the Mediation could not succeed. Therefore, the matter is referred back to this Court. Now, the petitioners have applied for relaxation of the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.696 of 2018.
3.Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Accordingly, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners on 17.01.2018 is made absolute. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
