Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submitted that the Bank is willing to extend the time till 21.05.2019 for effecting one time settlement. But then they made it clear that the petitioner should not ask for further extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The petitioner's counsel on instructions submitted that

the petitioner would not ask for further extension of time beyond 21.05.2019.

4.Recording the said respective submissions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. If the petitioner fails to fulfil his obligations before the said date, the respondent Bank is at liberty to proceed further in the manner as per law.
