This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, to expedite the trial pending in C.C.No.1322 of 2025 within the time stipulated fixed by this Court. 1/3

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, to complete the trial in C.C.No.1322 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
