2. Considering the submissions of both sides to the effect that the petitioner is strictly complying with the condition imposed by this Court by the order dated 31.08.2016 in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.16232 of 2016, this Court is constrained to relax the same and accordingly, the condition is relaxed.
