O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.DHANDAPANI, J) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 7 herein not to permit the 8th respondent school to initiate admission of children for the academic year 2019 to 2010 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2019 within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner claimed to be a resident of the locality, where the 8th respondent school is established. It appears that the 8th respondent school has not been recognised by the Government. The grievance of the petitioner is without getting recognition and even without completed the construction of the building works, the 8th responcent school issued circulars and advertisements inviting admission of children for the Academic year 2019 - 20. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7.

4.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, we are inclined to issue the following order:

"The 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2019 and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
