PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notice passed by the fifth respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3262/2017/Ka4, dated 19.11.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to sanction and pay the family pension with 18% interest reckoning the period from 13.09.2017 to till date to the petitioner as a wife of the deceased employee Kamatchidasan within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
