This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the records in M.C. No. 27 of 2014 dated 17.03.2014 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate-Cum-Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi Tirunelveli District and quash the proceedings initiated against the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
