This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.20 of 2004 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioners/accused was ended in acquittal on 20.05.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ilayangudi.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
