JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The appellant filed H.M.O.P.No.325 of 2022 before the Family Court, Dindigul for dissolving his marriage with the respondent. The HMOP was dismissed on 17.11.2023. Aggrieved by the same, the husband filed this civil miscellaneous appeal. 2.During the pendency of the civil miscellaneous appeal, the parties have reunited and they are living as husband and wife under one roof. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this civil miscellaneous appeal.
