This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.57 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District as against the petitioners. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that C.C.No.57 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District, has been disposed of and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
