The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass a reasoned order with regard to the rejection of the technical bid submitted by the writ petitioner, based upon his representation dated 10.02.2026.

2. The petitioner further submitted that he had made a representation, in which he also raised objections with regard to the acceptance of the technical bid of the other bidders.

3. In view of the above facts, the first respondent is directed to pass a reasoned order pointing out the reasons for the rejection of the technical bid of the writ petitioner dated 09.02.2026. The second respondent is further 2/4

directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2026, with regard to the objections raised by him concerning the acceptance of the tender bid of the other bidders, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
