RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing bail bond in furtherance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19471 of 2020 dated 06/01/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.E.SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was passed by this Court on 06.01.2020 granting anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2463 of 2020 and condition could not be complied since the petitioner suffered from viral fever and hence he seeks time to surrender and furnish sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19471 of 2019 is extended up to 20.03.2020.
