This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Thoothukudi to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day on merits in the event of his surrender in connection with Crime No.228 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he being a juvenile, the application for bail will have to be considered by the Juvenile Justice Board, Thoothukudi in connection with the Crime No.228 of 2015 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ very same day.

4. Considering the same, this Court directs the Juvenile Justice Board, Thoothukudi, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate order on the same day of his surrender in connection with the Crime No.228 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.
